California Pizza Kitchen At Victoria Gardens Pizza Restaurant

Came in on a somewhat busy night, sat at the bar and our waitress was great, drinks she made and service was good. The issue was she was like the only waitress doing anything, her what seemed to be manager was hanging out in the back with the cooks and being on her phone and then yelling when things weren't being taken out. Our waitress you could tell she was like I need help, but she still did a great job.

Not too bad. The food is good and nothing to be super wow about but it is a good lunch place. Update: Yeah so it seems to be a trend that CPK tends to ignore their guest after putting food on the table, and have to wave them down for refills, but this location is the most attentive compared to most I've been to. Will definitely only come here.

My girlfriend, our fur dog Selena, and I recently dined at California Pizza Kitchen at Victoria Gardens, and we have to say, the service provided by Samantha was truly outstanding. We've been to several California Pizza Kitchen locations, but Samantha’s level of service is in a league of its own—something you don’t often experience in most restaurants. From the moment we were seated, Samantha greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, immediately making us feel at home, even making sure our dog, Selena, was comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, recommending items that suited our taste preferences. Her suggestions weren't just the usual standard options; she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided thoughtful, personalized recommendations. It was clear she had an in-depth understanding of the menu, and her passion for ensuring a great dining experience was evident. What stood out even more was her attention to detail. Samantha was attentive without being intrusive, checking in with us at just the right moments to make sure our drinks were full and our meal was perfect. When we had specific requests about modifying a pizza, she handled it with ease and professionalism, ensuring that everything came out exactly as we wanted it. Samantha’s positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made the entire meal even more enjoyable. You could tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service. She even went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary free PIZZA(to go) as a surprise, which was such a thoughtful gesture. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel robotic or rushed, Samantha is a breath of fresh air. Her kindness, professionalism, and ability to connect with her guests make her a standout server, and her level of service is something you rarely find, even in the best restaurants. California Pizza Kitchen is lucky to have her! We'll go back and share the awesome experience with our family and friends. This review is for Alexis, I come here twice a month with my son. We came on New Year’s Day and it was busy. I realized the staff was low yet Alexis was giving it her all. I really appreciate a hard worker.

UPDATED 8/25/23 My wife and i just literally stepped out of CPK and are so happy and fully satisfied with our food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our server Andi was very friendly and awesome. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Thank you for a wonderful meal. Previous experience: My wife and i came here for lunch on Saturday, waited about 15 minutes for a table. The hostess that greeted us was nice and polite. Our server was also nice and helpful with answering questions. We ordered two pizzas and both were very dry like cardboard. The avocado egg rolls was cold and not crunchy at all. The artichoke dip was delicious, and so are the salads and soup that we ordered. You would think that the big ticket items such as the pizzas would be made and prepared with better quality to ensure the food being served is acceptable and satisfactory. After all, the name of the restaurant is California Pizza Kitchen. This not our first time at this location and we’ve been served better quality food before.

Another fantastic visit to CPK at Victoria Gardens! This location never disappoints, and our server Austin made the experience even better with his friendly and attentive service. He was upbeat, helpful with recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. This time, I decided to try something new--the Kung Pao Spaghetti with chicken--and WOW, I'm so glad I did! The flavors were bold, spicy, and totally addictive. The garlic, scallions, peanuts, and hot red chilies gave it just the right amount of heat and crunch. Every bite had the perfect balance of savory and spicy, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Definitely a new favorite! CPK continues to be a go-to spot for consistently great food, ambiance and excellent service. Huge thanks to Austin for making our night so enjoyable!

We haven't eaten here in a long time. They didn't have an extremely long wait time, so we went ahead and added ourselves on the waitlist. The food was better than I remembered it to be. From the appetizer to the entrees, we were pretty satisfied. Best avocado egg rolls, hands down. I had them add chicken and mushrooms to my fettuccine with creamy garlic sauce, and it was great. My husband requested a thin crust for his pizza, and they sure delivered! They were quite generous with their burrata too. Make sure you leave room for dessert. We opted for the seasonal strawberry shortcake one but should have probably ordered the buttercake. The buttercake never disappoints.
